You should review every answer first. Drafts may be incomplete if your company profile is missing important facts.
What if I do not know an answer?
The right behavior is to flag the missing information, ask the internal owner, and avoid making unsupported security or compliance claims.
Is billing active?
Yes. VettBase has active paid plans processed through Stripe. You can start on Free, then upgrade to Starter, Business, or Agency from the Pricing or Billing page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Paid users can cancel from Stripe's billing portal. Access stays active until the paid billing period ends, then the account returns to Free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Plan changes go through Stripe confirmation first. VettBase updates your access only after Stripe confirms the billing change.
